This is an article I directly and openly address to Jim Carrey. I’m a seventeen year old raised with violent media who is anticipating Kick-Ass 2 and your performance in it. With this article I intended to express an understanding and appreciation of your comments, yet explain to you how they could damage the film and why I fundamentally disagree with the assertion that there is a correlation between violence in the movies and violence in real-life.
